This one is up for debate.  Over the years it has been listed as both 10/30/48 and 10/31/48 Miami, FL.  Different members of his immediate family offer different answers and reasons why.  Some claim that his birthday is really on the 31st and that Mickey never liked being a Halloween baby so he told people that it was the 30th.  Mickey's ex-wife Mary undeniably states that it is on the 30th.
